There are three entrances at the front of the building. You will want to enter the one to the left.

7:45-8:15 Arrival
This will give you time to check in, pick up your music folder and familiarize your self with the facility.
8:30-9:30 Full Band
Full Band rehearsal with Dr. William Talley, Ohio University Director of Bands in the theater.
9:30-11:30 Master Classes
Each section will spend this time with an instructor for their specific instrument. They will rehearse your instrument specific parts and teach instrument specific skills. Class room assignments for this will be given to you when you arrive.
11:30-12:00 Full Band
Full band rehearsal with Dr. Talley in the theater.
12:00-12:45 Lunch
Meals will be provided for you in the cafeteria. This will also give you time to visit with musicians from other schools. Please submit any food allergies by Friday February 7th.
12:45-2:15 Full Band
Full band rehearsal with Dr. Talley in the theater.
2:15-2:30 Break
Short break.
2:30-3:30 Full Band
Full band rehearsal with Dr. Talley in the theater.
3:30-4:00 Snack Break & Opportunity to Change into Concert Clothes.
This will be a time for break and a snack before the concert. It will also be the time to change into your Concert clothes is you aren’t already wearing them. If you have “Concert Black” clothes, then please wear those. If you do not then please wear dress clothes. If you have any questions please let us know.
4:00-5:00 FREE Concert for the Public
This will be the time to perform everything you have prepared and learned throughout the day. Be sure to invite your family and friends to come and watch you perform. You will be amazed at what you have been able to accomplish in just one day.
